Young Researcher Awards
Within the scope of INERC 2026, it will be given to encourage young researchers conducting qualified research at postgraduate level.
Purpose of the Award
- Encouraging academic production of graduate students
- To support scientific quality in educational research
- Increasing the national and international visibility of young researchers
- To reward original studies that contribute to the field
Application Criteria
- To be a master's or doctoral student
- Congress face to face paper presentation to participate with
- Declaration extended summary submit an application (1500-2000 Word)
- Academic CV and list of publications, if any
- With a declaration only a writer can apply

Applications with missing documents will not be evaluated.

- Scientific originality
- Theoretical framework and command of literature
- Methodological competence
- Level of contribution of the findings to the field
- Academic writing and presentation quality
The final evaluation will be based on the oral presentation performance during the congress.
VI. INER CONGRESS 2026 has been entitled to receive support for the 2026/1 period within the scope of the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey 2223-B Domestic Scientific Event Organisation Support Programme.
INER CONGRESS 2026 to increase the international academic visibility of the papers presented within the scope of the programme, Web of Science Cooperation was established for book publication with Cambridge Scholars Publishing, a prestigious international publishing house listed in the list of publishing houses.
In this context, selected papers presented at the congress and successfully passed the double-blind refereeing process will have the opportunity to be published as book chapters from this international publishing house scanned within the scope of BKC.

The submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the congress scientific committee and at least two scientific referees (blind review); the suitability and acceptance of the papers to be presented in the congress and the form of presentation will be decided by the Scientific Committee.

Scope and Purpose of the Special Issue
The main theme of the 4th INER CONGRESS 2026 “Artificial Intelligence and Education: Designing the Learning Ecosystems of the Future” as a special issue. This special issue; educational theory and applications of artificial intelligence-based transformations, teacher training, learning environments, assessment and evaluation processes and the effects on education policies from a scientific point of view. aims to bring together studies.
INER CONGRESS 2026 The studies presented within the scope of the programme and found suitable as a result of scientific evaluation will be evaluated for publication in accordance with the writing rules and refereeing processes of the relevant journals. Publication processes are under the sole authority of the journal editorial boards.
