Registration Details

  • You can send your work to our congress and participate with a paper. Participants with papers paper submission system after you've submitted your work, registration system They can complete their registrations by making their payments over.
  • Each registered paper participant has the right to present 1 paper. Participants who wish to present two or more additional papers are required to pay an additional paper fee for each additional paper.
  • Participants of the congress all participants participation fee must be paid.
  • Papers for which the registration fee is not paid will not be included in the programme.
  • Participants who are other authors will be able to benefit from the congress facilities (certificate, name badge, lunch, etc.) if they pay the registration fee through the registration system.
  • Attendance to our students who will attend our congress as a face-to-face listener free of charge. Congress facilities (certificate, name badge, lunch, etc.) are not included in the listener participation. There is no need to register to the system for audience participation.

Fees

CONGRESS PARTICIPATION FEES

All Student Participants 750₺

 Faculty Members and Other Participants 1000₺

500 TL for each additional paper

Workshop Participation Fee 250 TL

MAKU Undergraduate Student Workshop Participation Fee 125 TL

Note The price varies according to the commission applied by the bank for credit card and instalment payment options through the registration system.

Registration Cancellation Policy

- Until 01 April 2024, 80 percent of the payment can be refunded for cancellations made by the participant, but no refund is possible for cancellations after this date, name change can be made.

- All cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Registration Secretariat.

- Refunds will be made after the congress.

Participation fees are INCLUDING VAT.
