Submission and Writing Rules

1) Paper Language and Presentation Duration

• Proceedings Turkish, English or Turkish Dialects can be prepared.
• The language of the presentation must be compatible with the language of the paper.
• For each paper 10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes question-answer total including 15 minutes will be separated.

2) Paper Formats and Templates

• Abstract submission template
• Full text rules and template
• Poster paper template
• Congress poster and logo files

Participants who want to use congress visuals in their presentations can access the poster and logo files from the link above.

3) Principles of Scientific Writing

Papers are expected to be prepared in accordance with the principles of scientific research. The texts should include the following sections:

• Problem situation
• Purpose and importance of the research
• Method
• Universe-sample selection
• Data collection process
• Data analysis
• Findings
• Discussion and conclusion
• References (APA7)

4) Evaluation Process

• Proceedings double-blind refereeing will be evaluated with the system.
• Reviewers do not see the authors; author information will only be kept in the system records.
• Each paper must be at least two independent arbitrators is being scrutinised by.

5) Abstract and Full Text Submission

• Initially only summary texts are accepted and these abstracts are evaluated.
• At the end of the Congress full text submission system will be activated; full texts only through the system and between the specified dates can be loaded.
• Specified time period Except submitted full texts not accepted.
• Full text submission not mandatory; is optional.
• Full texts are also available prior to publication. from the arbitration process will be passed.

6) Publication Opportunities

Studies presented within the scope of INER CONGRESS 2026 and found appropriate in accordance with scientific criteria, will be evaluated for publication in the academic journals specified below.
