Unannounced (audience) participants can be included in the congress by applying through the registration system.

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • 1 April 2026 of the fee can be refunded for cancellations made until the date.
  • In case of cancellation after this date, no refund will be made, but name change is possible.
  • Cancellations Atlax Organisation'must be notified in writing.
  • Refunds will be made after the congress.

Congress Evaluation Process

The submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the congress scientific committee and at least two scientific referees (blind review); the suitability and acceptance of the papers to be presented in the congress and the form of presentation will be decided by the Scientific Committee.
